All player account balances on rg7774 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO InstaPay, and Metrobank online transfer. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at rg7774's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

Players who believe a dispute has not been adequately resolved through rg7774's internal process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaints channel, as rg7774 operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight.
